Interview
2 tests for english and maths, very straight forward tests just to see if you speak/write good english and can do simple addition and subtraction, simple hiring process face to face interview about 10-20 minutes.

Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
