Simple questions only, asking personal experience, which all fits the role of clinical support worker. Nothing really tricky, nothing out of the ordinary. Should be a fairly straightforward interview process.

Interview was for the registered nurse staff bank. The interview consisted of 6 questions. 1 person on the panel. Interview went for about half an hour, the interviewer was very friendly and professional.

Email invitation - option to do in person or interview via Zoom. Informal contact + current trainees in interview panel. Relaxed atmosphere, but both technical and non-technical questions. Good experience.
