Routine and orderly process. Phone interview by HR followed by Zoom interview with senior management. Both were friendly, professional, and responsive. I was not selected for the position but had a good experience in the interview process.
- How has your past experience prepare you for this position?

I received a call from HR one day after I submitted my application. I then completed three additional rounds of interviews with four separate members of the company. Throughout the process, I felt that there was a lack of transparency. I was never told at any point how many people I would be speaking with in total or what the structure of their interview process was. I completed the final interview and was told they will be in touch. Nearly three weeks pass and no word, so I reach out to ask what the status of my application is at which point I am told they thought they had called me to let me know I didn't get the position last week. I never received a call or any communication. I would have expected a little more respect considering the number of rounds of interviews I went through and the fact I genuinely enjoyed the people I met and felt that the feeling was mutual. Very disappointing experience overall.
- Q: Why are you interested in this position?
- Q: What is your experience with systems work?

Got phone interview about a week after I submitted my application. I was then invited for an in person interview where I interviewed 30 minutes each with three current employees relevant to the position of hire. I was told I would hear back yes or no in a week or two, but never heard back!
- Name one time that you made a mistake and how you handled it?
- If I called your most recent employer, what would they say are your two biggest strengths and things to improve upon?

Process was smooth. HR was great and got back to me fairly quickly . The interview process was a bit long, had to meet with 4 people which was a lot for a non senior level job.
- Questions were appropriate. The Dept lead seemed to be overwhelmed

Fair. Casual. 3 people. Position related questions. Hard to get a sense of culture. No clear promotion path. Smart people. The benefits are fair but heard the turnover rate was high. Very compelling projects. Great entry level for new MPH grads
- Experience

Interviewed with 4 different people, for 30 minutes each and then one interview via Skype. he questions were very typical, they look for project management skills and passion for public health.
- Why are you interested in the mission?
