I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE (Melbourne) in Jul 2017
Interview
The process took around 2 weeks in total, first it was an email saying you progressed through to the next stage and it asked you to do a montage video interview that is self paced recorded, although it had to be completed at a certain time. From there, if you were successful, you were called and asked to attend a group interview or 'assessment centre', mine was at NIKE HQ Melbourne in Abbotsford. It went from 9:15 to around 1:30. Staff were very welcoming and introduced themselves, Nike staff played alot of videos about the company and an icebreaker introduction games was used. We were asked to partner up with the person next to us but unfortunately the person who was next to me wasnt that great and copied responses from the people before us. More videos were then played and what the culture was like with Nike South Wharf. then there was a group interview, around about 4 -5 people called mountaineering, where we are supposedly stuck on a mountain and only one person in our team is allowed to go down with 14 items to save us all. Unfortunately again, the group i had was dry and we had 4 people instead of 5. From there they showed us salary expectations and we were allowed to ask questions ourselves.
it was then time for the 1:1 interviews, it took longer than the overall group activities and it lasted around 2 hours to get to everyone. It took ages, so we had to play the waiting game.
There were 15 positions up for grabs and there were 24 who attended the group interview.

Interview
This was still during COVID, but I did an interview through Zoom. The interview had me and two other people, so a group interview. There were questions that involved things about the Nike company and what they stand for. So, definitely important to search up the history of Nike a little and their values. I think my manager enjoyed if you had more answers where it felt like you thought about them instead of just being like "I like shoes." kinda deal.
Group interview that discussed the history and values of the brand and allowed for input and discussion from all interviewers and interviewees. More like a conversation to get to know interviewees than a traditional interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (Woodburn, OR) in May 2019
Interview
I applied online and within a couple weeks I had an email back to select a time and day for my interview. I had a group interview with about 4 other people where we all went in a circle and answered the same questions for the two interviewers. I was asked to come dressed professionally and with my resume. After about a day or so I received a call back where they offered me the job.
