I got as far as the phone screen. The interviewer was late and changed the time without telling me 3 times. It was an informal interview where he talked more about himself than anything. He said I was perfect for the role and ignored me when I followed up a week later. I then got an email saying he’d advocate for any upcoming roles for me and I’d hear from him again. It’s been 6 months.
