I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NIKE (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Pretty great experience. They just asked me about what I do outside of coding. They also asked me what languages I used a lot. Huge emphasis on react.js. They also used elastic search and graphql to get a bunch of different information from different nodes

Question 1
Asked me about specific questions, just behevioral. Very big emphasis on react and javascript. NodeJS was a big thing for them as well. They also had just a single round. They require to move to beaverton oregon where they are located.
The interview process consisted of two technical rounds followed by one managerial round. I did not receive an offer after the process, but the overall experience was positive. The recruiter contacted me, and within three days the interviews were scheduled, which reflected an efficient hiring process. All the interview panelists were professional, supportive, and approachable throughout the discussions. They asked relevant questions, provided clarification whenever needed, and created a comfortable environment that allowed me to express my thoughts confidently. Even though the outcome was not favorable, I appreciated the experience and the opportunity to interact with the team.
There are several rounds of technical interviews with different senior engineers and the hiring manager on the team. A minimum of one behavioral interview where it is very important to highlight why Nike compared to other companies specifically.
Recruiter screen then technical interview (classic leetcode style questions) then an Engineering expertise (work history and technologies used) interview and Behavioral (how you work with people and approach situations) interview
