I applied through college or university. I interviewed at NIKE
Interview
Talked to a recruiter at a campus career fair, had an interview the next day with two software engineers, also had to complete a coding assessment online. The interview was mostly behavioral questions, questions about projects, and gauging interest in Nike. Not too difficult if you're a big fan of sports, Nike products, and the Nike brand.
I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE (Portland, OR) in Nov 2021
Interview
First-round was a Hirevue with basic personal questions (career goals, past experience, etc). Then they have "Swoosh Day" which is just an information session. Next, it's the final round which was 2 individual interviews with Nike employees. They asked me a very basic "technical question" that was heavily related to past experience as well as basic personal questions similar to the first round hirevue. From here it was a 3-week wait.
Went super well, the interviewers were super kind and were a delight to talk to. Consisted of 2 phone/video calls and one coding assignment. The coding assignment also depended on what language you were using and you could chose the language you wanted to work in.
