1st touchpoint was a phone interview with recruiter: assessment of personal values, english level, previous experiences
2nd touchpoint was a physical interview with manager and recruiter. We assessed the italian sneaker industry, different consumer approaches and mindsets, plus a case scenario.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Shanghai, Shanghai) in May 2019

Entretien video seul avec des questions à préparer en 30 secondes , puis entretien avec son manager et un autre membre de l'équipe, et enfin, éventuellement un e étude de cas selon le poste. Le processus prend pas mal de temps en règle général, mais les RH nous gardent bien informé.

Interview
It was an digital interview with HireVue. Upon receiving the invitation I had three days to complete the interview. Uncomfortable situation because of the overall setting. Several questions were asked about Nike, its products, the position I applied for, experiences in previous curriculum.
