      Very structured and well prepared interview . The interview was friendly and clearly the interviewer pointed out the responsibilities and expectations of the role. She further broke down down the culture and diversity of what is needed to meet the requirements of the desire in a really context which allow the candidate a opportunity to ask questions and follow up questions, making it a two way dialog
