I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Portland, OR) in Jan 2015
Interview
Worst experience ever! HR manager was unprofessional and did not really seem to care about the applicants. Had several interviews and was unimpressed by the nature of the entire process. One example was when I was scheduled for a phone interview at a set time. When the HR manager didn't call me, I emailed her but had no response. It seemed to me that they had the mentality that we are Nike, we can do whatever you want. Overall, the process took 4 months after I was told a decision would be made at 6 weeks top. This process really turned me off from the company and I decided that it was not a place I wanted to work for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Oregon City, OR) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview was pretty straightforward, with 6 questions mostly behavioral and a couple of technical. Scenarios were presented and you needed to answer based on your personal experiences and your skills on how would you solve certain problems or situations.

Interview
The first step is a video interview with recorded questions, 30 seconds to prepare and about 1.30 minute to answer. Questions about yourself, the company and your working background

Interview
I applied the position online through NIKE website. After one and a half week I got an invitation to a video interview and I got five days to take the interview. You have unlimited time to practice some examples of interview question, but only one time for the real interview. The interview questions are all written and you have around 2 minutes to prepare and 3 minutes to record your answer
