Extensive process, obviously lots of candidates but good at letting you know either way. Easy to ask questions etc, would apply again regardless of outcome. Several stages and different levels of management to go through
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (New York, NY) in Apr 2024
Interview
phone call conversation to see where the company. is. heading. Is it more inclusive, creative and focussed authentically. on innovation. I need more conversations to follow up but it was a start to get a read of the room. they cant divulge many details but the overall sentiment was communicated .

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Portland, OR) in Jan 2024
Interview
It was very quick, and simple. The asked hardly any questions. The person I met with (the head of the department) was very interested in my background and how I got into design. I had prepared a handful of questions and I am glad I did. He asked me to ask him questions.

Question 1
Tell me more about why you chose a career in design?
The interview took place via Zoom. There were several documents and brief interviews from the application screening to the final Zoom interview. It was a good opportunity to have an interview with the company I like.
