I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Hilversum) in Aug 2022
Interview
I was contacted by Nike saying the role I applied to was taken but they thought I'd be a great fit for a similar role. I got to the final round of interview and they told me they would make a decision THAT DAY. I did not hear back for 2+weeks.
After a few days I emailed asking when I would receive an update on the process and they ensured me I would have one in a few days. This happened multiple times until finally they told me I was not chosen.
It's fine to take a little longer, but this is the 2nd time this has happened with Nike to me. The HR process is awful and they really don't think about how much emotion and energy people put into these interviews. This has completely put me off applying to Nike ever again.

Interview
They ghosted me. I did two rounds, one with the recruiter and one with the manager and they told me the following week they would let me know if I passed to the final round and I never heard back. This was around two months ago. I followed back to the recruiter several times with no answer.

I recently attended an interview for a marketing role, and overall, it was a well-organized and insightful experience. The process consisted of three stages: an initial phone screening, a practical task, and an in-person interview with the marketing team.
