I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Received a phone call in December & had a interview. Passed that then was told that I would be interviewed in a group setting in about 2-3 weeks later. Recieved an email and phone call a couple days before the actual in person group interview just reminding me and also what to expect and wear. Day of the group interview there was about 15 people. That day including my group was another interview later that day so assuming there was about 30 people in total being interviewed that day. Was put in small groups and was asked 3 questions. Each question was asked by 3 different managers of Nike. Interview lasted about 45 min. It was fairly easy. Was told that later that week will be told by either phone or email if we received the position or not.
Applied online. Got a pre-screen phone call and was then asked to schedule an interview. Two interviews, one with two managers and one individually with GM. Got a call saying I was hired. They basically ask scenario questions or questions that you can pull past experiences from.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NIKE (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2017
Interview
They like to do group interviews and pre-screen before calling you in to interview. The interview process wasn't difficult and you are basically asked questions about past experiences and what you like about the company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Tinton Falls, NJ) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process ran smoothly and timely. I interviewed with the manager and she made things very comfortable and at ease for me. The environment and staff were very friendly.
