The interview was carried out by an hr manager and a technical manager, It was via phone and lasted around 30 minutes. The technical manager was professional and to the point and the questions involved stack usage and technical queries such as RAG and agents (e.g. how would you explain how RAG works to a kid). However the hr manager asked me how old was I! Please guys learn some legislation especially in those kind of positions. Overall it seemed kind of unprofessional for a ''tech'' company in 2025 to only communicate via phone (no email was ever sent to me) and be unaware of laws that were passed a decade ago.
