The process consisted of a total of 2 interviews. One with an HR representative and then one with the LA Director. They were simple questions and are really open to hiring anyone with no experience in the field.

I met with a couple of team members and we discussed my prior experience in personal injury focused more on how I work day-to-day rather than technical legal knowledge. They gave a general overview of the role and expectations.
