I would not bother with this company. After the first interview, a month had passed before the second interview happened. In the second interview, everything went well, and we moved quickly to the third one, the task. I created the task, presented it and after that dead silence. I've done multiple follow-ups, multiple emails, with dead silence. It is good that I created a digital marketing strategy that fits their brand exactly. It is good that I shared successful strategies. In my previous role, I worked for one of their biggest competitors. I think they just wanted knowledge, and they willingly wasted candidates' time. I am very disappointed with their ghosting. So sad to see companies getting free knowledge and work from candidates.
