NSO Group interview questions

A big interview in the office. Three hours. No telephone, no snacks, smell of food from the kitchen. Talks, one big code task and two little questions for solving problems. I succeeded in all of this. Everything was correct and the interviewer agreed that it was correct. After a week they told me that they chose someone else. Really?! If you had more criterias to choose than just to answer some really easy questions, then at least don't do such huge interviews. Do it by steps. It was really disappointing and disrespectful
