I applied online. I interviewed at NSRE (New York, NY) in Nov 2020
Interview
Lengthy phone followed by a lengthy in-person interview. Naomi can talk and she likes to test you and ask you questions to see if you have common sense and business sense. Naomi is smart and I get the sense that she won't hire anyone whom she feels has their own opinions or speaks their mind. She likes to be the one in control and doing all the talking. The only question you have to ask yourself is if you want to work with someone like her. Not even if you can do the job but can I foresee myself working with Naomi for a year?

Question 1
She will tell you how difficult commercial real estate is. How she worked at Marcus & Millichap etc... How she can retire if she wanted to but isn't because she's very passionate about it
I've received an initial phone screening interview. Naomi who interviewed me had no sense of conversational etiquette, did not pay attention to what I was saying and interrupted if she didn't like the conversation. Wasted 30 mins to talk about detective stories and how she thinks a college degree is a waste of time and effort.
