I interviewed at NSUS (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

      - straighforward hr screening to talk about fit for role. questions were understandable and professional - meet with team member to discuss goals and how it aligns with the team

      I interviewed at NSUS

      Interview

Unprofessional, unprepared, under market value. The pay with BONUS is lower than an intern salary (for a semi-senior role). Not to mention, when asked how the supposedly high bonus is decided, they get all shifty and deflect the question. If they can't even lie and say it's based on project completion or deadlines, something is not right. I understand I’m just a sample size of one, but after witnessing multiple rounds with them being so disorganized and underprepared, I get the impression that this whole “competitive culture” is just a facade. Just a front to make their promise of a high bonus seem believable. There was one other review on Glassdoor that mentions the bonus being illegitimate, which honestly doesn’t seem farfetched now.

      Question 1

If you're really desperate and still want to go through with this company, be prepared for extremely basic technical questions, if any, to which they still somehow have no idea what they're looking for. Then you’ll get a bunch of time-padding hypothetical and behavioral questions off the top of their head, which would be fine if this was still the 1st or 2nd round, where they just want to assess personality & vibe check you, but on the 3rd or 4th rounds, really? It would make sense if they were open-ended case scenarios, meant to test how you think logically, but they were far from it.
