Worst decision of lifetime...took interview and then employment with Vertex Software (NTT data company).
Hiring teams are clueless. Your correct answers are deemed as your arrogance. DM/VP will come for a talk as though candidate is standing on gates of Google/Amazon LOL. pathetic response time.

Fase 1: Filtro inicial: Breve contacto telefónico con el departamento de Recursos Humanos para verificar disponibilidad, expectativas salariales y ajuste básico al perfil.
Fase 2: Entrevista técnica de primer nivel: Videollamada conjunta con RR.HH. y un responsable técnico. El objetivo es evaluar competencias interpersonales y validar conocimientos técnicos fundamentales mediante cuestionarios o escenarios sencillos.
Fase 3: Evaluación lingüística: Prueba de nivel de inglés para certificar la fluidez y comprensión necesaria según los requisitos del puesto, orientada generalmente a la comunicación profesional.
Fase 4: Entrevista final con cliente: Reunión con los responsables directos del proyecto o cliente final para validar el encaje cultural, la experiencia específica y formalizar la decisión de contratación.

I am a fresh graduate without any experience and i got the offer while thinking that i messed up the interview. The interview a little bit tense but turns out they are great people.
