Interview
HR manager collected my resume and checked my skills and job openings, and arranged a skype call interview. A manager of the role and HR manager attend the interview. They notified that I passed the interview on the next day of the interview.

Interview
Very simple, standard interview, focusing on project management skills and style. I was interviewed by 2 team members at the first interview and them the Director at the second interview. All in all pretty standard.
Foi um entrevista minimamente estranha, com perguntas um tanto agressivas, onde o entrevistador usou termos como crucificar alguem com baixa performance e expor para o time, criando assim um ambiente de medo para alcançar oa objetivos traçados, pela coação.

Interview
It was easy going, friendly interview with a recruiter based in Brussels. Unfortunately since the beginning he mentioned that thinks I am overqualified because the job title was unclear that is for a junior position, hence I liked the transparency.
