I was attended an interview one month ago .There was three rounds interview.1.Technical,2.Telephonic technical,3. Manager round I cleared finnaly i filled the form and submitted.they are also said will release the offer.This process took one day. I expected the offer after two days.But Hr simply said, your profile rejected. I asked many times but no reply.Simpling saying management decision. Really i frustrated and feld bad.They didnot any negotitate or anything but withour resaon they rejected me. i eagerly waited for NTT data offer but no. Please convey the reason or shortlist the resume first round itself.
