Completed a series of four interviews with leaders across the leadership chain of the position I applied for. Including the current leader, two indirect leaders, and lastly the senior leader this position will directly report to.

Three rounds of general interviews with hiring team. Background and experience questions primarily with several behavioral and personality questions as well. Mainly focused on theory and fitment vs skill set or case study.
