      I interviewed at NVR

      Interview

I only had a phone interview, which didn't last long, but it was efficient. The interviewer asked me questions about my experience and then she told me I would be contacted for next steps after I completed an assessment. The assessment started off with basic questions, then took a turn. The next set of questions were timed and irrelevant to the job. For example, there was a set of 20 questions and for each question, I had to identify which five words were related, and the words were all random. It was a very unique assessment to say the least.
