3 Stages - Group Appointment, Pairing, One-to-one.
During the first stage, they will introduce you to the company, their clients, their nature of work, their board of managerial, plan of expanding the business worldwide.
Second stage, one panel will talk more on the programs they offer - sales exec with money retainer where they will give you a base salary and 15% incentives per sales and if you make no sales in two months, they will kick you out or business exec with no base salary but RM100/sale. They will also show you the fun things they do (travelling, group activities etc.) Then you will have to fill in an evaluation form where they will ask generic interview questions and then make you choose which program you want to do with them.
Last stage, you will get to ask questions to them and they will ask you about what you have answered in the evaluation form with a promise of 24 hours result on confirmation whether you get the job or no.
