Everyone I spoke to was super nice and seemed very passionate about the company and excited to get someone into the role, which made me excited to learn more about the role.
Mostly a vibe-check more than anything! They ask about your background, organization, and flexibility for working in-office. They try to make it as enjoyable as possible, which is quite nice. They are also pretty good at responding to you quickly.

Name a time when you faced a challenge and how did you overcome it?
Very efficient and smooth. Everyone I spoke to was excited to get to know me and made the process a lot less stressful than it had to be. Company got back to me about decisions to move forward in a very timely manner, my time was never wasted.
