you do a cat4 teachers written interview and an oral interview. Two interviews held. first you are interviewed by the principal and head of section. Then you do a lesson presentation, then a sitting cat 4 and teaching subject content test. After going through the above procedure, you are invited for a second interview where you meet the human resource officer, you do salary negotiations. After agreeing you are given reporting dates for an induction period that takes place for one week. Later you join your colleagues for trainings and then given a work load upon the beginning of the academic year.
