Technical discussion is too much based on we do it like this and do this in our way.
Person taking interview seems uninterested.
It seems like no innovation or new process are followed in RBS i felt this way when person asked the question related to old ways.
Moved out after first discussion.

First and only elimination was E litmus test to shortlist students.
Followed by 3 rounds. Gd. Small written coding problem. Pi based on previous round and hr. Panel of senior employees conduct the process with hr. Grill slightly
First I submitted the application online. Then I was invited to take the SJT test, numeric test and the logic test. The logic test was quite difficult. After passing those test, there is a telephone interview.
