I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NatWest Group in Feb 2014
Interview
Applied online, did a numerical test and a verbal test, then received candidate report before got selected to an assessment centre. AC went quite smooth, competency based interview and commercial awareness interview. It took 3+ months and the AC was about 2 hours.
