The interview process lasted over three months and involved two rounds of interviews. Throughout this time, I had to consistently chase for updates with very little proactive communication. Ultimately, I was told I was unsuccessful because I "lacked leadership and architecture experience"—despite my 15+ years in exactly those areas, which I detailed with examples and references during the interviews. To make the experience more disappointing, I was informed that they decided not to hire anyone at all. It was a discouraging waste of time for a role, company and sector that I was genuinely excited about.

The worst ever interview experience I have ever had, went through a referral and asked for HR round where I was specified that position offers sponsorship. Later once all the interviews are over and about to give an offer, HR called me to inform we didnt get approval for sponsorship. It was waste if time .
