Interview
2hours plus interview.
First hour and 30 mins was with three people, questions were competency based.
Last round was a case study presentation. You are given a case study for 30mins to prepare for.

Question 1
Competency based questions e.g example of when you worked as a team, tell us about yourself?
The interview was a Virtual interview which consisted of about 6 questions and took around 40 minutes to complete. Questions were pre recorded by members of the Human Resources team and were about 5-10 seconds each
i had a few phone calls. the calls were very informative and gave me a chance to tell them about my background. and then an in person all day thing which included multiple other individuals. A presentation was apart of the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at National Grid (Syracuse, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
It is a standard phone interview, talking about experience and job responsibilities. At the end there is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. It was a very easy conversation.
