3 interviewers and 1 colleague very nice middle management. Colleagues set you at ease and are transparent with their opinion of the company. Upper management not available and didn't bother interviewing. Sets the tone that they are not responsible for their teams and who is hired. Not a team building culture, more like deal with who you work with
