Two step interview process. The first step was a phone call with a current member of the Graduate Development Progam that lasted about half an hour. This consisted of pretty standard behavioral interview questions.
AI interview for the first round that was behavioral but pretty specific and not a fun experience. Think we all prefer speaking to a real person. Decently hard to come up with examples in the moment as they were not prototypical behavioral questions.
I got the first round interview which is a online assessment, have 6 behavioral questions and 2 game question.
