      Interview

      First round with HR - It was general about the role and expectations Second round on site - it was panel interview for hour and half. Question were asked about previous projects and behavorial questions.

      The process took 9 months. I interviewed at National Grid (Waltham, MA) in Dec 2009

      Interview

      Several phone interviews, an informal face to face interview, followed by a formal interview that consisted of a case interview, and then a follow-up leadership/behavioral interview. Then an offer contingent on a medical exam and background check.

      Standardized list of questions. Interview took a while to schedule. Didn’t hear back for weeks afterwards. Interview wasn’t too difficult if you were prepared. Interview was with the hiring manager and one other person in the department.
