National Grid Operations Graduate Programmer interview questions

Online application with 3 questions. This is followed by online tests hosted by SHL. If successful, a telephone interview takes place which includes 6 competency based questions (Why National Grid, why this programme, example of teamwork etc). If you pass the telephone interview you get invited to an Assessment Centre which lasts 6 hours including an hour lunch. It comprises of a one to one interview (4 questions - similiar to telephone interview), individual presentation (based on information provisded on the day), group exercise and a revaluation of the online tests. Overall a very informed process and the key is doing thorough research on National Grid and conveying the skills required for the role in the interview.
