Interview
I first came into contact with NI at a career fair on campus. I gave them a resume and was called that night for an interview the next day. The interview had a lot of behavioral questions (describe a time you showed initiative) and ended with a good technical question.

The interviewer drew a diagram of a problem in which a switch was not accessible where it needed to be and asked me to come up with solutions.
