Staff were very friendly and supportive throughout the day - encouraged to ask questions.
They want to help you so help yourself by preparing as much as possible before (rehearse interview, look up how different technical products work such as microphones, digital cameras).

Applied online, then got invited to a telephone interview. I got invited to do the online assessment that contains topics in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Programming and Computer Science. They don't require you to do good in every field.
