I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at National Instruments (Austin, TX) in Sep 2013
Interview
I met the recruiters at a career fair, gave them my resume, and received a call for an interview a week later. There were two employees interviewing me. The first half of the interview was behavioral and the last half was technical. Some of the questions I was asked were:
"Tell us about a really nasty bug you had in a program and how did you fix it."
"Tell us about your previous internship and the project you worked on."
"Write a program that shuffles a deck of cards."
They emailed me two weeks later.

I applied online and through my university's career site. I got an interview around 2 weeks later to be scheduled the end of that week. I got an email after around 2 weeks saying I was rejected. Technical questions were easy, so I'm thinking I didn't correctly answer the behavioral questions.
