National Measurement Institute interview questions

Standard interview. A panel of 4. One person however did not contribute in any way and sat there the entire time just staring at me. I felt very uncomfortable and a little irritated. Just over a week after the interview I did not receive a response regarding the outcome, I emailed them and they told me that they are still finalising their selection criteria and will let me know within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I emailed them again as I still did not receive a response at this stage. I did not receive a reply to this email. I presume it was ignored. Very unprofessional and discourteous. I would not think a government organisation would behave in such away. Not receiving a response to an application is understandable, however not receiving a response to a job interview is unacceptable.
