First of all they will take Written test and then Viva. They'll provide snacks such as biscuits and coffee. Most of the time they'll ask questions in Bangla. If you express your future plan like you want to do MBA or something like this you will be eliminated. Written exam will be difficult but viva is not difficult at all.
