I applied online. I interviewed at National Security Agency
Interview
About 14 video questions through Hirevue. The format is record yourself with NO RETRIES. Questions are a mix of behavioral and basic data structures questions such as "What is a hash table?" There was one tricky design question but I can't remember it.
About a month after, I was able to receive a Conditional Job Offer (CJO), which means you have the job offer but it is contingent on a bunch of polygraphs and background checks. Note that actually getting hired by the NSA can take half a year due to these hurdles.
A few months after application I received a hirevue. Once that was submitted a 4-6 months later I received the CJO and submitted whatever they asked. Unfortunately a year passed and I ended up getting a rejection email.
I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at National Security Agency (Fort Meade, MD)
Interview
Process took over a year. After applying received hirevue a few months later. Then didn't here back for around 5 months where I was given CJO. Almost 8 months later I received an email that the role is no longer open.
