The interview process was through a recording not talking to a real person. Doing the practice questions helped out a lot. Interview just asked general knowledge questions about leadership and software development and also so problem solving.

A few months after application I received a hirevue. Once that was submitted a 4-6 months later I received the CJO and submitted whatever they asked. Unfortunately a year passed and I ended up getting a rejection email.
