National Treasury Management Agency interview questions

I reached the final in person interview. The process was well organised and professional and I felt the round went positively from my side. Unfortunately I received a rejection via automated email with no feedback provided even after I politely followed up requesting it. While rejection is part of the process and completely acceptable I believe candidates who reach the final stage deserve at least a short and respectful explanation. Even a brief note would help the applicant understand what to improve on. To the HR team, I understand you have a heavy workload and tight timelines but offering feedback especially to final round candidates shows respect and support career growth. Please consider making this part of your process. Thanks again for the opportunity. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.
