I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nationwide in Dec 2019
Interview
Video call with over 30 people where we each had to wait for them to ask each individual a question. We had to sit through dozens of Q&A's before finding out that the person conducting the interview had no decision-making power. At the end, the advertised salary did not match what was being offered. Shameful

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nationwide (Carbondale, PA) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview process was primarily face to face. They asked a lot of situation type questions as well as behavioral based questions. Was a very easy interview and process. Really, if you understand your own strengths and weaknesses and are a team player, you should excel in this interview.
