I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nationwide (Scottsdale, AZ) in Sep 2015
Interview
Very thorough and in depth. They have standard questions in the form of a technical review. There are several control questions (personality) and narrative relating to applicants moral and ethical judgement.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nationwide (Lone Tree, CO) in Apr 2016
Interview
I filled out a pre-interview form via email and was selected for a phone interview. Unfortunately, I didn't get past the phone interview. The recruiters were friendly. I had a couple questions that I submitted via email and they were answered quickly. I was notified right away of the results of the phone screen. So, although I was disappointed I wasn't left hanging and I appreciate that.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nationwide (Scottsdale, AZ) in Apr 2011
Interview
Very quick. I applied as an internal candidate from another office and was called within one week to schedule an interview. I had a telephone panel interview with four hiring managers. The questions were divided between personality and technical expertise. It was a bit stressful having so many people conducting an interview, but they were nice and quick to put me at ease.
