Well organised, relevant and swift. There was an initial screening interview, followed by an informal conversation with the Sales Director. After that I was asked to prepare and present at a further interview, detailing a plan for my first 90 days in the role. All feedback was fair, open and honest. It was delivered helpfully, with no need to chase. Despite not getting the role, I couldn't complement the process highly enough. The process was smooth. The interview itself was challenging, without ever being unfair.

In comparison to a few other processes I have experienced recently, this was by far the best. It was very quick, no need to chase for an update. Feedback and next process was given within a few days. Initial call with the internal recruiter to discuss the role and to see if it was a good fit, then a call with the Sales Director as an informal introduction/chat. the main interview was a 30/60/90 day presentation followed by a Q & A and review of CV and finally a meet the team Zoom call which I thought was a great addition and something I have never had as part of an interview process previously.
