Interview
Standard federal hiring process broken down to screening, written exam, interviews, and references. It was an external competition for one position and an establishment of a pool. Overall, a slow process with a lot of time in between each stage.
Very easy questions. They would just ask behavioral questions and give you some time to answer them. There was a written test after that, which was for 60 min. I received a job offer after 2 days.
