Interview
First interview very straightforward, HR person had great questions. Second interview included a surprise interviewer that wasn't named. It seemed as though they were sent to supervise. It was manageable. They seemed obsessed with conflict in the workplace.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NatureMed (Boulder, CO) in Aug 2015
Interview
We briefly communicated by email before I was called in to be interviewed in person by the office manager (owner was away on vacation). At interview we talked, and then I got a tour of the facility.
After sending a followup email the next day, I got a response asking to come in for a second interview. We reviewed the job description, talked about pay, and then offered me the position.
