Natures Menu interview questions

Interview process was OK but the case asked of me was unrealistic for someone with no detailed context of the company. As someone with a lot of hiring experience, I would also consider it poor for assessing true skills and competencies, unless much more context and access was given. The amount of work then required would also mean that a compensation for the amount of work would be required.
