Navicore Solutions interview questions

Describe a time when you used your understanding of a client’s needs to identify a solution (for example, a product or service). Feel free to interpret “client” broadly – for example, a co-worker, manager, etc. In your response, please include the following information: • The actions you took to identify the individual’s needs – walk us through that conversation • Why you felt the solution you proposed was the best fit for that individual • How you positioned the solution to the individual and overcame any objections

The interview was relaxed and very friendly. They went over the job basics and asked about my interest. I heard they do group interviews for credit counselors but mine was a just me and 2 of the supervisors.
